Order Processing
All orders are processed within 24–48 business hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
During peak periods, promotions, or public holidays, processing times may be slightly extended. Customers will be notified if this occurs.

We currently ship nationwide within South Africa.

Incorrect Address
Please ensure that all shipping details are accurate at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees may apply.
Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful and the courier is unable to contact the recipient, the parcel may be returned to the courier depot or back to us.
Customers may be required to cover additional delivery costs for re-dispatch.
